The Lucis Choir presents a concert featuring John Rutter’s folk-song settings The Sprig of Thyme alongside Lux Beata Trinitas by Ola Gjeilo. The programme also includes arrangements by Gwyneth Walker of popular songs including Barbara Allen, a setting by Bernard Hughes of words by Vera Brittain and an arrangement by Jenni Brandon for chorus, oboe and piano of a poem by Edwin Robinson.
